Project requirement
Once the planted area exceeds 500 mu, labor becomes the biggest uncertainty: planting must catch the right soil moisture, harvesting must catch the narrow window, and every extra skin break lowers the selling price by a grade. Configuration logic
Area determines the model: choose a single-row or double-row harvester according to the planted area. A wrong configuration does not merely cost more for equipment; it means missing the harvest window.
Mulching determines the planter: plastic-mulched planting areas must use a mulch-compatible planter; otherwise, planting through the film still requires manual work.
The interval determines vine cutting: vine cutting and harvesting require a time interval, so the vine cutter is configured by working backward from the harvest schedule.
One source determines the package: all four operations come from the same factory, China's largest specialized potato machinery manufacturer. Interface specifications are matched before leaving the factory, eliminating multi-factory coordination risk.
